Planning permission - All necessary documentation in form of plans,
written texts and meetings.
Preliminary Routing Plan - Scale 1:2000: Strategy Plan with highs/lows,
lines of play, indication of green form.
Cut and Fill Plan - Rough Grading - Scale 1:1000: All major earth works.
This plan is the basis for calculating earth moving quantities.
Drainage Plans - Scale 1:2000: showing intercepting ditches, storm drainage,
culverts/conduits, catch basins, manholes etc.
Color Presentation Layout Plan - Scale 1:2000: detailed visual rendering,
featuring clubhouse, access road, car parking, vegetation etc.
Construction Specifications - Defining the methods and quality in building the
golf course. Including preliminaries, site preparation, supporting works, excavations etc,
subsoil grading and contouring, fill stabilization playing surfaces, drainage, irrigation,
planting, hard surfacing, maintenance work etc.
- Appendix drawings showing green, tee and bunker construction, drainage details and
green root-zone/green drainage gravel.
Green details at 1:200 with 10 cm intervals
Analysis of tenders - Analysis of contractor prices, quantities with advise on
modifications etc. to meet budget whilst retaining the desired quality.
Site supervision - Full supervision during construction by architect.
- Control of materials and instruction on shaping and construction techniques.
